My Luv for Cars
I say "Luve" and not "Love" because it's not necessarily a LOVE like car gurus that write reviews about cars day in and day out, and obsess over the minute details like torque, horsepower, transmission, blah blah blah. In my 20's I spent a lot of time with my husband working on Volkswagens and listening to him talk about this engine, that year and why it was best, and so on. We have since divorced (in 2000) and while I have moved onto different things in my life, I still remember what I had learned from him and what I did have a luv for with the cars themselves.
Cars
I live in Seattle and commute to San Francisco, CA every week or so and with that I have had the opportunity to drive different makes and models of cars. From the Ford Focus to the Fiat 500 the rental car companies have never ceased to surprise me with their vast selection of slightly older and new cars that are priced reasonably. So as you will noticed, I will occasionally have an extensive post that gives a bit more of an in-depth review of the car I get to enjoy for a couple of weeks.
Car Advice
Now I do not claim to know a lot about cars, so don't get too excited about the extensiveness of the advice that will be give. What I do know is what sound that car is making and if I should pull over and get the car towed or just call and make an appointment with the shop. Even then, I haven't been through it all, nor would I be able to tell you what to do if you asked me - so don't ask.

That's right - most of all, I like to have fun in my every day life. Sometimes that involves a nice long drive up the CA coast, or a road trip to a neighboring state in a Hybrid. Hopefully you will find my posts amusing if not educational, and enjoy a read that involves a car or two.
